A BIG thanks to Kristen, her husband Bill, and 3 of her girls for hosting our Sunday morning Row, Paddle, Run workout. Many of us had a great day at the beach-whether we were doing the workout, learning to paddle or just playing in the waves.
Kristen joined CrossFit Malibu in March and has been a solid and reliable member of the team since then. Usually in the 9am and 7am classes, Kristen has shown her natural athleticism and strength along the way. Mom to 4 athletic girls- she has definitely needed to stay in peak physical condition to keep the busy lives going. Kristen is a natural in the water, deadlifts nearly1.5 bodyweight, and is catching up to YOU, so watch out.
