Tuesday 100914 Snatch OHS Complex

Seven rounds for time of:
44kg/30kg Power snatch, 7 reps
44kg/30kg Snatch balance, 7 reps
44kg/30kg Overhead squat, 7 reps
Post time to journals/chalkboard.















Bob moves large loads, long distances, quickly.  Before doing  this 40kg thruster WOD, Bob  picked up 6 big rocks weighing 800+kg each and loaded them on the flatbed truck pictured behind him.  Well, he COULD have done it if he WANTED to.  Keep up the hard work Bob!
