Wednesday 100915 WOD

Five rounds for time of:
20 Double-unders  (substitute 100 singles)
20 Back extensions
20 Dumbbell shoulder press (40/25#) 
Post time to chalkboard/journals.




















Jeff, who just earned his Level 1 certification in Las Vegas this past weekend, going old school with some standing broad jumps.  You likely remember this WOD a few weeks back. If you forgot- I bet your glutes didn't!
