Extra WOD added to the schedule this coming Thursday Sept 9th... a Row/Run/Paddle/Burpee/Run WOD will begin at the Hut at 9am. We will end up at Surfrider Beach. You need to wear swim trunks, shoes to run, a towel and a watch for timing is helpful. Please text to RSVP a space in this class. We will supply SUP boards and paddles.
