Five rounds for reps of:
1 min Wall ball shots, 20 pound
1 min Rope climbs
Run 400m
Rest
Start each round exactly six minutes apart. Your rest period is whatever remains after the run.
Post total reps to chalkboards/journals.
Straight from his very important job as an official weight changer at the USAWeightlifting/CrossFit competition in Colorado Springs this weekend... and after about 2 years of CrossFit, Scott ran his FIRST EVER 39 minute mile!
Before you ridicule both Scott and the CrossFit training regimen, let's consider the one mile course he completed:
Name: The Incline
Location: Manitou Springs, CO
Distance: 1.02 miles (actually MORE than a mile!)
Elevation gain: 2,200 ft
Starting/Finishing elevation: 6,600...8,800ft Quite considerable for a sea-level dweller!
Legality of hike: Illegal... Scott was trespassing. We forgive him.
