Tuesday 101005 1RM Squat Salad

Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.
Post loads to journals/chalkboards.




















Bob kills 3 rounds of handstand push ups on "Garrett" last week.  For each 25 rep set of HSPUs, Bob kicked up into a set of bands- enabling him to get through all 25 without a break.  These represent one way to scale handstand push ups so that workouts like "Garrett" can be completed "as intended" rather than "as prescribed."  Gradually, Bob will move to lighter weight bands, and eventually will get to doing HSPUs against the wall.  Great work Bob!
