Tuesday 101102 Run and Row

Run 1600 meters
Rest 3 minutes
Row 1500 meters
Rest 2 minutes
Run 800 meters
Rest 1 minute
Row 500 meters
Post times to chalkboards/journals

















Scott goes for a leisurely run from his house down to Malibu Seafood... across Puerco and Corral Canyon ridges... totally unaware that 25+ CrossFit Malibu members  are waiting to surprise him.  After a night of fun... he put on his head lamp and ran home. *(we use the word "ran" loosely!)

Thanks for coming out to Malibu Seafood on Saturday everyone... it was a great night.

Now get mentally prepared for this RUN ROW wod!
