Wednesday 101117 AMRAP

Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of: 
50 pound dumbbell Weighted pull-up 3 reps 
Sprint 50 meters 
3 Ring handstand push-ups
Post number of rounds and scaling to journals/chalkboards.
***yes, we can modify these movements if you cannot perform as prescribed***

  1. That was a fun workout. I'm pretty sure I didn't think so at the time, but I remember it often with something bordering on fondness.
