Friday 110114 "RJ"

"RJ"  ...a Hero WOD
Five rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
15 ft Rope Climb, 5 ascents*
50 Push-ups
Post times to journals/chalkboard
*yes, there will be modifications for rope climbs.
Drew hit a 92kg overhead squat last night.  He breaks the 200 pound barrier.... not sure how much he weighs but that is much more than a body weight personal record for him!  Nice Drew.

  1. 92kg OHS is a serious accomplishment. I can vouch that the lift was totally legit. The gym has been a buzz with how the 'skinny kid' managed to put 92kg overhead.
