Rest 90 seconds
After spending the early part of the week on short and middle duration time domains, we are going to mix something heavy with something quick. The shoulder mobility work we did on Wednesday with the overhead walking lunges and Ondrej's strength session of snatches helps us with that overhead squat position. We go heavy for singles and then move on to some 12-18 second sprints down Cross Creek Road.
