Friday 110128 Hero WOD-"Luce"

Wearing a 20 pound vest, three rounds for time of:
1K Run
10 Muscle-ups
100 Squats
 Lee cruises around the corner during a 2x45# farmer carry WOD last week.

Lots of people are getting sick- some of the symptoms have been respiratory-related, wheezing, phlegm; sinus infections including ear aches and nasal gunk; fevers and fatigue.

REST is your friend.  Hopefully you have a doctor that you pay to be your friend as well.  Go see the doctor if above symptoms persist.  Period.  Colds and the flu you can usually wait out- but some infections simply need to be treated with meds.  GO see the doctor. 

Of course- get plenty of rest, drink lots of water, vitamins and fish oil and good nutrition during these spells are required.  And once again: rest!
