50 pound dumbbell Push jerk, 5 reps
7 Box jumps, 30 inch box
7 Box jumps, 30 inch box
Post rounds and scaling to journals/chalkboards.
David, Curt and Holden all got inverted this past week- assisted handstands- but as you can see, Curt has a good position upsidedown! Hopefully you have seen a few different versions of inversions- ranging from crawls, downward dogs, wall stands, handstands, ring work... continue to spend a few minutes inverted each day- working on it at home as well as at the Hut. It is one of those skills that just doesnt get any better unless you spend time working on it. A few minutes a day, thats all!
