Jonny doing some sumo deadlift reps during the Monday strength WOD. The deadlift strength WOD consisted of getting 4 rounds for 5 reps of various deadlifts... we used oly, power and sumo deadlift set up positions in an effort to explore different styles and techniques to work new joint angles and positions. Shoulders behind or in front of the bar? Wide or narrow stance, hips up or lower, grip wider or closer?... try it each way to feel the difference. Simply maintain rigid neutral spine- and experiment.

135kg Deadlift, 24 reps
24 Box jumps, 24 inch box
24 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
90kg bench press, 24 reps
24 Box jumps, 24 inch box
24 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
65kg clean, 24 reps
