Check out David's full extension in this wall ball shot from yesterday! Fully extended in the knees and hips; full leg drive with a strong follow though in the arms. The wall ball shot demands an aggressive push from deep in the squat so that the legs initiate and then move the ball up- as the arms play a secondary roll in propelling the medicine ball towards the intended target. That only leaves one question: What did the squat look like? :)

55kg Squat clean, 6 reps
12 Pull-ups
24 Double-unders
Add together the best snatch (in kg), the best clean and jerk (in kg), and the total reps performed in the triplet for your final score.
