Thursday 110323 2RM Deadlift on the Minute

Here we go... a strength WOD that tests not only total strength but also your ability to recover quickly and go heavy again.  In terms of functionality, think: Moving 95 pound horse stall mats out of and back into the Hut for an entire day!  Thanks again for all the hard work earlier in the week!
Last year's Sectionals... this year we ALL get to compete.

Thursday WOD
Resting 60 seconds between sets:
Deadlift 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2
For max total volume.  Add up the highest total for 8 sets.  That means you get two reps of "misses"- this is to encourage athletes to go heavy with out worrying too much about missing a few.  If you make all 10 sets, use your highest 8 numbers to total your score.
Post total score and highest 2RM to journals/chalkboards.
