A false start to the CrossFit Open sectionals last night.... the WOD still has not been posted- so we turned the 7pm class slot into a BLITZ WOD! A group of 10 completed many many reps of wall ball shots, push ups, pull ups, burpees, double unders, rowing, weight carries, rowing in 2 teams. FUN time for the inaugural Blitz. Stay tuned for the Sectionals WOD...later in the week.
