The Team, getting the work done last Saturday after the Pepperdine University Wave 5K. This coming Saturday WOD will be... the Sectionals Open workout #1. Since the CrossFit Games website crashed for first few hours it went live- we were unable to do that WOD on Tuesday night. We will, instead, complete the WOD at Saturday at 10am. There will be a number of heats run, reps will be strictly judged according to the rules. Look forward to seeing you on Saturday... now for today's WOD--
