Tuesday 110425 "A 5 Rounder"

After quite a few AMRAPS in the past weeks... we are seeing a few "rounds for time" WODs coming down the pike. A different mind-set goes into these two types of workouts... see if you can differentiate how you attack the "time priority" workouts (AMRAPs) vs. the "task priority" workouts (rounds for time)

Tuesday's WOD
Five rounds for time of:
10 Plank/Reverse plank parallette jumps
10 Scott ups
20 Box jumps, 24" box
Post times to journals/chalkboards.
