We just invited ourselves over to
LAX CrossFit for a Saturday WOD. A few of us have followed their blog for some weeks and they seem to be a solid community; great daily blog posts, a good balance of fun and work and an AWESOME pull up structure that I think they call "Big Bird"... so the other day I called and invited us over for a
"box jump." I borrowed this term from Paradiso CrossFit where they use is to mean-
close down your box on a weekend, travel to another box, do a WOD with them, then invite them over to do the same. A CrossFit play date of sorts. It's a way to get a feel for another gym, explore varied terrain, meet new CF friends and buy a cool t-shirt. The date we are shooting for is
Saturday May 28th at 9am. There is a sign up list started on the chalkboard. Put your name down now, let's share the Spirit of the Hut.
