An all Pepperdine class here... Coach Jessica (Sports Medicine grad and former intern via Pepperdine) looks on as Laurie (Professor Nelson, Sports Medicine), Drew (recent graduate) and our newest member Vanessa (moving on to her final year at Pepperdine) push through a very tough rowing WOD yesterday.
***Summer Fest on Saturday... 830am-2:30pm. All are welcome- it's a free for all of tacos, squats, music, beer, friends, tire flips, yoga, team workouts, individual challenges, some heavy lifting and hopefully some PRs!***

For time:
70 Burpees
60 Sit-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 poods
40 Pull-ups
30 Handstand push-ups
Post time and scaling to journals/chalkboards.
