Friday 110922 "JT"

Hannah, currently doing a great job as an intern from Pepperdine's Sports Medicine Program, is shown coaching newcomer Kristina, through an intro session.  If you know of friends who are interested in CrossFit- remember to let them know we do free intro and orientation to CrossFit sessions.  A one hour, one-on-one session (YOU remember... you did one!) designed to explain, introduce and demonstrate experientially what this is all about!
