This is a ramp up to Saturday's Summer Fest. Clear your schedule and start thinking about which WOD you want to do for your huge PR. Met Cons and Strength WODs are all welcome. Of course we can run some party tricks as well... like this Medium Atlas Stone to High Ledge AMRAP in 1 Minute.
Tuesday's WOD
For time:
Run 1 mile
100 Sit-ups
100 Back extensions (supermans)
Run 1 mile
Partition back extensions and sit-ups as needed.
Post times of each mile and total time to journals/chalkboard.
