Tuesday 110823 3 Rounder

The key points of focus of the Fall Fitness Fiesta will be addresses here on the blog over the next 2 weeks in anticipation of the kick off date- September 7th.  It seems perfectly appropriate to celebrate the CFM official 2 year anniversary with the opening of our 2 month challenge. Obviously a major section of the "fiesta" is a return to nutrition and our eating regimen.

You might have noticed that over the summer months the USDA launched a brand new nutrition education program based on restructuring the Food Pyramid Guide into My Plate.  In this attached link, exercise physiologist Dr John Berardi of Precision Nutrition goes into depth about these changes. Take some time to read the article and begin mulling over the idea of taking on the 2 month challenge that includes a nutrition component!

Tuesday classes:  WODs at 6,9am and 4,6pm   Yoga at 7am.
Three rounds for time of:
45/30kg Front squat, 21 reps
40 meter Bear Crawl
30 Scott-Ups (incline sit ups)
21 Handstand Pushups
Post scaling and time to journals/chalkboard
