Wednesday 110803 3 Rounder

From a brutal barbell WOD yesterday to this really super easy bodyweight WOD today... It'll be a breeze.

6pm Strength WOD today... and remember, there is no longer an 8am Class on T,W,Th am... though we now run 9am classes M through F!


Wednesday WOD:
Three rounds for time of:
100 meter shuttle run
50 Push-ups
100 meter shuttle run
25 Toes to Bar
100 meter shuttle run
50 Squats
100 meter shuttle run
25 Double Unders
