Tuesday 110802 "Hammer"

Ryan got in and learned/played a new sport over the CrossFit Games weekend.  Here she is SUP-ing at "CrossFit Sports Series Beach" at the Home Depot Center.  With YOUR expanded fitness and abilities across the 10 domains- how have YOU been testing out or demonstrating your gains?  Deb spent about 5 hours moving Jessica's boxes and furniture into a moving truck last Friday, Lee hiked Mt Whitney, Deana gets out rollerblading, Luke spent a month mountaineering in the Sierras, Dr Deb is taking surfing lessons and is learning the not so subtle differences between Zuma and 3rd Point breaks, and Rob is freelancing in the Malibu softball league!  Whether it is trying out Just Kristin's yoga class this coming Saturday at 8:30am or getting back on that unicycle in your backyard... start learning something new.

 Tuesday's WOD.... a Hero workout!
Five rounds, each for time, of:
60kg Power clean, 5 reps
60kg Front Squats, 10 reps
60kg Jerk, 5 reps
20 Pull ups
90 seconds rest.
Post time for each round and scaling to journals/chalkboard.
