Fast and heavy. From yesterday's CrossFit Total to today's strength WOD with a heavy cardio demand. The intention with this AMRAP is to find a weight that you can move through unbroken quickly for the first 3 minutes... and then with some fight- another minute with no breaks... then in the final 60 seconds, go for broke. Let's see how far you can push it today.

Thursday's WOD Class times at 6, 9am and 4, 6pm
Complete as many rounds as possible in five minutes of:
125kg Deadlift, 3 reps
50kg Push press, 7 reps
Post number of rounds and loads to journals/chalkboard.
