Our resident eye surgeon, Dr Deb, reminded us yesterday of yet another reason to stay hydrated....
Opthalmic Health! I am not really sure that is a real word, but it is true that the hydrated human being will more likely have healthy shining eyes. She suggested the following method to estimate how much water you might consider in creating your habit for next week: In ounces, drink half your body weight in pounds, then add about 15 ounces if you train. A 150 pound individual would then need ABOUT 90 ounces daily.
