No doubt you read through and have been discussing/thinking/preparing for Week 2, Habit 2:
Develop the habit of taking a multivitamin and fish oil supplement daily.
This goes into effect Monday September 19th! So as we move into week 2, we have 2 habits to maintain/develop- INCLUDING # of WODs/week and daily vitamins and fish oil!
Gradually automation will take over all work intensive activity at CFM. |
Monday's WOD Classes at 7,9,10am, 5,7pm Strength class 6pm Teen class 3:45pm
1-1-1-1-1
Weighted Push up (plate on the back of the person)
then
Mini Badger
Complete three rounds for time of:
45/30kg Squat clean, 15 reps
15 Pull-ups
Run 400 meters
Post loads for push ups and times for Badger to journal/chalkboard.
