You have been at CrossFit for a while now and it is likely that you GET the idea that our training is constantly varied. Yet some times life requires that work/recreation is the same on back to back days- or even for a few days in a row. You might spend a couple days helping someone move- you do some downhill skiing for a long weekend for 3 days in a row. So today we do the SAME exact WOD as yesterday.

Tuesday's WOD; classes at 6 and 9am, 4 and 6pm. OnRamp class at 5pm.
For time:
30 meter Sled pull, body weight
20 calorie Row
30 Wallball Shots, 20 pound ball
20 Toes to bar
30 Box jumps, 24" box
20 Sumo-deadlit high-pull, 2 pood kettlebell
30 Burpees
20 Shoulder to overhead, 62/45kg
Post scaling and time to journals/scaling.
That was HARD!
