A great week of WODs coming your way starting today... the early classes will finally have a little bit of morning light- and the evening classes will be getting the sunsets. Apropos in this change of time season... we will again be focusing on the HABIT of SLEEP. This week we will MAINTAIN our current HABIT of getting X number of hours of sleep per night- recognizing that it might be a bit tough to get to bed "early" with the time change. Notice on the compliance submission sheet the offer to MODIFY some of your current habits. Easy to eat 2 servings of veggies daily?- up it to 3. No problem with 32oz of water each day- try for 40.
