50 Box jumps, 20 inch box
20 Double-unders
25 Push ups
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 40 pound dumbbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
10 Rope ground to standing
Strict 17 minute cut off. Go heavy, be strict in "counting reps" (like knees to elbows), don't scale it too much that you breeze right through it. Challenge yourself to step up and flirt with that 17 minute cut off.
Post scaling and times to journals/chalkboards.

ReplyDeleteManny finished this one in under 16 minutes... the only other one to finish was Jason- completing the final rope climb at 16:59! He went Rx with all but the double unders... his knee is sensitive to those since his P90X injury. In dramatic fashion, Luke and Damon came with 3 and 4 reps, respectively, of completing the WOD. Pretty on track scaling! Sarah was next closest with 20 wall ball shots.
