Tuesday 111115 Gymnastics Strength

Reminder about the new compliance standards: 6 "good days" and 1 "off day" for each HABIT now constitutes COMPLIANCE.  Missing one single day of multivitamin/fishoil does not negate the beneficial affect of taking these supplements... nor does drinking less water than intended for a single day... therefore you are still compliant if you miss a single day.  NOW... watch the slippery slope here- don't let this turn into leniency!  Shoot for 100%, if you hit 85.17%-- let's call it good!

Tuesday's WOD; 6 and 9am, 4 and 6pm
Not for time:
20 Ring pull ups
20 Ring dips
25 Lowers from an inverted hang on the rings, slowly, with straight body and arms
30 Ring handstand push-ups
35 Ring rows
40 Ring push-ups
Post scaling and thoughts to journals/chalkboard.
