Friday 111216 Skills and Drills Plus Tabata

So... what do you need to work on? Another way to put it... what do you suck at?

Gymnastics Skills

Two Tabata Sets:
Double Unders
Rowing
Post low and high rep rounds for each movement to journals/chalkboard.
