Golden State CrossFit for a benefit with Barbells for Boobs... a $20 donation for Mammograms in Action and you will do the partner WOD, Helen Meets Grace- there will be food, and music- this is also GSCF's Grand Opening along with special attention for Our Tracy. Registration for the event opens at 8am... not sure what the timing of the morning looks like in terms of heats, etc.
