So you came to the Team WOD on Saturday and did lots of push presses... and today MORE! Constantly varied does mean that occasionally we will do the same movements back to back days or in close proximity. And today comes more push press... but the difference is pretty large. Today's presses will be 2 rep maxes followed by about 60 seconds of rest. Ten times. The total volume will likely not be near what you lifted on Saturday... but the average kg/lift will be lots more. SO... it isnt really the SAME workout AT ALL!

Wednesday's WOD: 7, 9, 10am and again at 5pm. Strength class at 6pm with Ondrej.
Resting 60 seconds between sets:
Push press 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2
Score total load overhead of top 8 sets.
take top 8 "made" sets, multiply number of kg x 2 for total amount overhead for heaviest of the "made" sets.
you are encouraged to go really heavy... heavy enough to miss one or two!
