Monday 120319 Technique and 3 rounder

The shirt collection we have is just a small sample of the CrossFit gyms we have visited. Going out of town?  Look up the nearest CF, send them an email, and then drop in a train with them.  Some ask you to buy a shirt, like we do- some let you drop in for free, others make you part of their list of visitors.  It is a great experience and a fun way to vacation.
Monday's Classes: 7, 9, 10am and 5pm.  6pm Strength, 7pm OnRamp class.

Row 300 meters
10 Shoulder press, 50/30kg (goal= 2 sets per round)
10 Pull-ups
Post times to journal/chalkboard
