Monday 120430 Back Squats

We've got an exciting week in store... beginning with some heavy squats and Underground Strength at 6pm and ending with Saturday morning Yoga and the Sunday morning Trail Race-location to be announced.  Lots of good stuff in between and to follow.  
The CrossFit Games moved into phase 2 this weekend with Regionals competitions completed in 3 locations.  On May 11-13 the So Cal Regionals will take place in Pomona.  If you haven't checked out the WODs, then do it here.  They are HEAVY!  So let's get going on building up some strength and power- beginning today!

Check out Chase's fully extended hip... total power in that left leg as he drives (barefooted) against the asphalt, propelling him forward at an alamingly high rate of speed.  At least he's wearing a helmet.
Monday's WOD: classes at 7, 9, 10am and 5pm.  Underground Strength with Ondrej at 6pm.
