Tuesday 120403 Row Cindy Run

Yesterday we featured the Strength Series on the blog (and will likely talk even more about that on Wednesday) and today... YOGA.  You do realize, right?, that there are yoga classes taught by Kristin a couple of days each month.  We had a full house last Saturday morning- and will have another 75 minute class on this coming Saturday at 8:30am.  The class always has a focused that is of benefit to CrossFitters... along with postures that assist with flexibility, balance, muscular endurance and coordination.  Newcomers and experienced practitioners all gain from these classes.  Put it on your calendar NOW.  You can choose to stay for the 10am WOD that follows.... or simply float right home after yoga.

Tuesday's WOD: 6 and 9am, 4 and 6pm.  Kids class at 3:15pm
For time:
1000m row
5 rounds of Cindy (1 round= 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats)
800m run
Post times and scaling to journals/chalkboard.
