Monday 120514 AMRAP 15min

Today we are into the second week of new habits.  If you are late to the game... then simply MAKING and POSTING yours to the board will be a sufficient first step.  Habit slips are hanging by the front door- take one home and check off upon completion each day.  Small steps, big change.
Post em.... then get em done.
Monday's WOD: class times at 7, 9, 10am and 5pm.  Strength class at 6pm and OnRamp at 7pm.
15 Minute AMRAP of:
5 Box jumps 24/20" (go high!)
10 Ground to overhead (25/15kg bumper plate)
15 Abmat sit ups
Post scaling and times to chalkboards/journals.
