Today we are into the second week of new habits. If you are late to the game... then simply MAKING and POSTING yours to the board will be a sufficient first step. Habit slips are hanging by the front door- take one home and check off upon completion each day. Small steps, big change.

5 Box jumps 24/20" (go high!)
10 Ground to overhead (25/15kg bumper plate)
15 Abmat sit ups
