July is TABATA your WEAKNESS month. Pick 2 of your problem body weight movements... rank them as #1 and #2 weakness. Each day in July we will take a few minutes after the warmup and pre-WOD to do a half Tabata set of one or both those movements. If one of those movements directly overlaps with a movement in the WOD, perhaps choose the alternate movement to Tabata. Please write your 2 movements in your Habit Square up on the big chalkboard. You should also track progress over the month by posting baseline numbers in your square.
