Quite a few people coming into the Hut this week all fired up after the Games last weekend... and understandably so. Sarah M walked right in and did 2 dead hang pull ups for a PR, Dan is working on his butterflies, Kendra got her first ring dips, and Sherry came in 15 minutes before class eager "to do anything at all on these rings." So if you are feeling that momentum... use it for a good cause:)
