Friday 120817 Seven Rounder


Today is the final WOD of the week where you have an opportunity to beat a WOD you have done in the past.  Compare today to April 20, 2012- how much have you improved in 4 months?  Remember to check you journal so you can repeat it precisely.

Seven rounds for time of:
5 Strict pull ups
10 Wall ball shots (20/14#)
15 Kettlebell Swings 1.5/1.0p
20 Double unders
Post times and scaling to journals/chalkboard.

  1. Did Dr Glassman himself try this one? After the jumping lunges on Wednesday none the less. Nothing better than getting lapped by the ladies while Ollie is in your ear...let's go Lee. Come on!!!!
