Thursday 120816 AMRAP plus RFT

Here we go.  Another WOD to test your performance changes (we are pretty sure they will be increases!) For those of you who have been with us for around one year- you just might have done this one on Sept 15, 2011.  Come on into the Hut a few minutes early so you can check your journal- see how you scored last time we did this WOD and to see what kind of scaling or modifications you made.  DO use the exact same set up as last time so that you can have an "apples to apples" comparison.
Sarah W works some hip extension from the blocks.

Thursday's WOD; classes at 6 and 9am, 4 and 6pm.  Fundamentals at 8am.
8 minute AMRAP of:
8 Back burpees
8 Parallette Push ups
8 box jumps (20")
Keep GOOD track of how many rounds and reps you completed...
Rest exactly 3 minutes and then:
# of reps and rounds you completed, for time of:
8 Back burpees
8 Parallette Push ups
8 box jumps (20")
Post time to journals/chalkboards.
Compare to Sept 15, 2011.
