Great job to Kendra, Ken, AC, Ollie and Tom for volunteering to do a midday WOD that will be posted to the main-page of CrossFit in the near future. Run/Burpee/Row... so NOT sexy. The videographer will be working on a few other CFM features- history of the Hut, a Laurie bio and more!
Our "Real Women of CrossFit Malibu" hosted by Priscilla was well attended and moved back to the Hut for a display of "real women" doing Helen.
Monday WOD: class times at 7, 9, 10am and again at 4 and 5pm. Strength class at 6pm

Post rounds and scaling to journals/chalkboards... AND to the PR whiteboard, as this IS a benchmark.
