Tuesday 120904 "Quarters" Inaugural WOD

Amazing to think that CrossFit Malibu celebrates 3 years of strength and conditioning for our entire community.   It has been fun, hard work and an inspiring ride being a part of a group of people become more fit, expanding health and pushing the boundaries of what it means to be "generally physically prepared" for any contingency.  You, as a member of CFM, have been contributed to our group effort physically and mentally.  Your personal involvement has affected other individuals AND the group as a whole.  We KNOW that you have given A LOT and we also know you have benefitted.  Thanks for showing up, working hard... for motivating yourself and others... for being a contributing member of our community.

Classes run at 6 and 9am, 4 and 6pm.  Fundamentals at 8am.
