Wednesday's WOD: classes at 7, 9, 10am and again at 5pm. Strength class at 6pm.
Every minute on the minute, for ten minutes of:
Max rep power snatch in 30 seconds
4 bar facing burpees
Post total number of power snatches and load used to journals/chalkboards.
All 4 bar facing burpees must be finished before the top of the minute or athlete must skip 30 second bout of snatches in upcoming round. Athlete must still complete that round's burpees in the alloted time to continue in the following round.
