Friday 121005 AMRAP 111, 222, ...


The Annex has been reinstated... with a very important mandate:
DO NOT DROP WEIGHT UNTIL HALLOWEEN OR WE WILL BE CURSED.

The concrete is still curing and while the contractor has assured us that the mats and equipment are ready to go- he wants us to wait a few weeks before we start dumping kilogramage all over the place.

The front room is quite dug up currently.  If you are coming in today- please watch your step going from the front into the big room... there is an 8" step up.  Also be aware of the new step down from the big room out into the backyard.  Finally, take care when moving around in the front room= as the floor is pretty cracked and there are mats and equipment strewn about.

Friday WOD: class times at 7, 9, 10am and again at 3 and 5pm.  
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
In round one, do 1 push up, 1 squat, 1 power clean (60/35kg),
In round two, do 2 push ups, 2 squats, 2 power cleans,
Continue by adding a rep each round until time is completed.
Post number of total rounds and extra reps to chalkboards/journals.
