As we move deeper into fall, the sun is setting a little sooner and rising a little later. The 6am class on Tuesday/Thursday felt that transition in full effect this past week as it was still dark as the warm up moved into front squat sets outside in the yard. The sun peaking above the hill in Serra Retreat and pouring over the Malibu Creek brush and into the yard. The Santa Ana winds had died down in the early morning leaving a little bit of cool air still hanging around the Hut. IT has been a perfect time of year to train outdoors in our new area as the concrete cures. A few more days until equipment is moved from the Front Room and into the Annex, then concrete will be poured so that the floors are equal in height. Anyone have any good ideas for a Saturday WOD?
Wednesday WOD: class times at 7, 9, 10am and again at 4 and 5pm. Strength class at 6pm and 7pm OnRamp class

Deadlift (145/95kg)
Box Jump (30/24")... proper scaling should ensure finish before the 12 minute cut off!
