Once again it is time for Competition Thursday- the end of the month mulitple-part WOD that is in its Sixth Incarnation. It is the CFM Open Part VI. For those of you who have done it before- come on out... you know it is fun. For newcomers- you are encouraged to join in too. WODs are scaled and straight-forward. The event includes participation, judging, and cheering for your fellow athletes in a competitive and supportive atmosphere that resembles the CrossFit Games Open competition. Dinner to follow!

Thursday WOD: class times at 6 and 9am, 4pm. Fundamentals class at 8am.
Kids at 3:15pm
CFM Open Competition WOD briefing begins at 5pm... event goes until about 7pm.
