Join us for yoga today from 8:30-9:45 am...a reminder that the 9am class will NOT meet as scheduled, but instead there is a 12-12-12 yoga class! You CAN do both- 7am and yoga OR yoga then the 10am. Or how about a combo day with yoga in the morning and strength class in the evening! Try it out.

25 double unders, 200m jog
25 kick to handstand, 200m jog
25 box jumps (30/24), 200m jog

Five rounds for time of:
Plate ground to overhead, 10 reps (25/15kg)
10 Power push ups to plate
10 Plate overhead walking lunges (each step = 1 rep)
Post WOD time and scaling to chalkboard/journals.
